Shipping

 

Shipping will be subject to postage and packing charges and will be provided in the UK by Royal Mail with two available options for packages weighing up to 2kg.

Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery 2-5 days from dispatch £3.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24hr Express Delivery from dispatch £6.99 (order by 2pm Monday-Friday)

Where indicated Free or discounted UK delivery may be available. During busy periods such as Christmas, Royal Mail customers may experience delays.

 

If your delivery address is outside the UK postage will be provided by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed £29.00 for packages up to 2kg.

You may be subject to import duties and tax (including VAT) which is levied once the goods reach the destination country, all such charges will be your responsibility. Customs policies vary by country. Due to differing national regulatory regimes we will be unable to fulfil requests for orders in some other jurisdictions, for instance in Spain, Austria, Thailand, Chile or Israel.   

 

Returns Policy

 

We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the receipt of  your order to request a return .You will be offered a refund if the following conditions are met:

 

  • The product was purchased directly from the Sempre Supplements website. We cannot issue refunds for goods purchased from other stores.

  • The product is unopened with tamper proof seal intact and remains in saleable condition in its original packaging.

  • The goods are returned postage paid and fully tracked within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for postage unless the goods are deemed to be defective.

  • You have notified Sempre Supplements of your intention to return the goods by emailing info@sempresupplements.com. If you fail to notify Sempre Supplements within 14 days of delivery we are under no obligation to process a refund.

  • Defective Goods. The customer should check their order on delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If goods are found to be defective a replacement will be offered or a full refund will be provided if eligible. Details of defective goods must be notified immediately on receipt by emailing info@sempresupplements.com. Please include images and a detailed description of the damage. A refund will be provided within 14 days of receipt after the goods have been inspected and deemed eligible.

  • Please include your name and order number in all communications.

  • In order to complete a return we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be provided with the returned product.

  • We cannot refund any shipping costs incurred for your original purchase.

  • Please note that any product that is not in its original condition or that is damaged not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, is exempt from being refunded.

 

 

How to return your order

  •  To commence a return email us at info@sempresupplements.com

  • If your return is accepted we will send you an email with the address and instructions to return your product.

  • Please include the order invoice enclosed in your original packaging so that we are able to easily identify your order.

  • Pack your return items carefully to prevent damage in transit.

  • At this time we do not offer free returns, return shipping will be at your own expense using your preferred method. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt number as we cannot accept responsibility if a returned product is lost in transit.

  • Once we have received the returned product/s a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. It can take some time for your credit card company or bank to process and post your refund too.
